The tasting with Azienda Agricola Serafica.
Azienda Agricola Serafica is one of the historic producers on the southern slopes of Etna.
The tasting includes three Etna DOC wines — the white Carricante, the rosato, and the red Nerello Mascalese — and three extra-virgin olive oils, each with its own distinct profile.
The pairings are part of the experience: local cured meats and cheeses, pickled vegetables, artisan jams, mixed bruschette.
